By accessing or using StarsWise ("starswise.net", the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StarsWise provides astrology-based services including personalized horoscopes, birth chart analysis, weekly/monthly/yearly forecasts, and compatibility readings across multiple astrological traditions (Western, Chinese, Arabic, Vedic, Celtic, Egyptian, Mayan, and Kabbalistic). Our services are intended for entertainment, personal insight, and self-reflection purposes.

3. Disclaimer

Astrology is not a science. The forecasts, readings, and analyses provided by StarsWise are based on traditional astrological calculations and interpretations. They are offered for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only and should not be considered as:

  • Financial, investment, or business advice.
  • Legal advice or guidance.

4. User Accounts

  • You may create an account using Google Sign-In to access premium features and save profiles.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate birth data for astrological calculations to function properly.
  • You may not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or unauthorized commercial use.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

StarsWise offers limited free access including basic forecasts and a free birth chart analysis. Some features require a paid subscription or credits.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

5.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page.
  • After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

5.4 Credits

Credits can be earned through sign-up bonuses and referrals. Credits may be used to access premium features on a per-use basis. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Referral Program

  • Users may invite friends using their unique referral link.
  • Both the referrer and the referred user may receive bonus credits as described on the site.
  • Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on StarsWise, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, astrological interpretations, algorithms, and software, is the property of StarsWise and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may view and save your personal forecasts and birth charts for personal use.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes.
  • You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Service.

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using StarsWise, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Upload malicious content or code.

9. Limitation of Liability

StarsWise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarsWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological content.

10. Availability

We strive to keep StarsWise available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
