Our Commitment

StarsWise (starswise.net) is committed to making its content accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What We Have Done

  • Full support for right-to-left (RTL) and left-to-right (LTR) languages
  • High color contrast between text and background (4.5:1 ratio and above)

  • Full keyboard navigation support (Tab, Enter, Escape)
  • "Skip to main content" link on every page
  • Labels for all form fields
  • Appropriate ARIA attributes (aria-label, aria-expanded, role)
  • Alternative text for graphical elements (aria-hidden for decorative elements)
  • Responsive design adapted for all screen sizes
  • Text enlargement without breaking the layout
  • Clear and visible focus indicator (focus-visible) on all interactive elements
  • Respecting user preference for reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion)

Keyboard Navigation

All pages and interactive elements on StarsWise can be accessed using a keyboard alone. You can navigate through the site using the Tab key to move forward, Shift+Tab to move backward, Enter to activate links and buttons, and Escape to close dialogs and menus.

Screen Reader Compatibility
